2026 Bristol Mtn. March Madness Luncheon (No Charge - Registration Requested)

8:30 A.M. 

The Event Center will be open - drop off your crockpot for heating up your creation (the Event Center has plenty of electrical outlets).
Boot up in the Event Center if you like.  
Unfortunately, the nearest bathrooms are located in Sunset Lodge next door.

9:00 A.M. 

Skiing --Use your Season's pass or Gateway Card if you have one.  To purchase a lift ticket at a reduced rate 7 days in advance of this event: https://www.bristolmountain.com/lift-tickets/  Must be done online.

Noon

  Lunch—Club will provide table settings, beverages (coffee, tea, cocoa, water, or if you prefer, bring your own), and a dessert.

Members please bring   a crockpot of soup, chili, or other hot creation, salads, or any of your creative sides or desserts.

Many tables provide room for a relaxed lunch and conversation.
No charge for this RSC Event lunch.

Reservations are requested at rochesternyskiclub.com  Please tell us what you will bring especially if it’s in a crockpot.   We'd like to ensure we have enough hot food to feed our hungry members.
