2025 Sunday River Ski Trip

January 26 - 31, 2025

$875 per person/double occupancy

Package includes:

* 5 nights lodging at the Grand Summit (Ski-IN - Ski-OUT)
* Enhanced “brunch bag” planned on the bus. (Brunch is breakfast & lunch on the bus (Sunday 1/26))
* Breakfast sammies and Lunch on the bus (Friday 1/31)
* Sunday & Thursday dinners included.
* Voluntary dinners (Not included): Potential "Game Night" Wednesday evening.
* Deluxe round trip bus transportation with movies and bathroom facility. Planned rest stop every 2 hours.
* All applicable taxes and gratuities
* 90 minute group ski clinic available at 20% discounted retail price. Must sign up in advance online.
* Double occupancy room: Standard  (two beds) or Studio (Murphy bed) and kitchenette.
* First 40 members will be on Bus #1, Bus #2 (if necessary) will need 35 additional members to be viable.
* Chartered bus available for evening restaurant transportation. Limited runs & hours.

Lift Tickets:
* Lift ticket is NOT included*. You MUST purchase lift ticket individually at Sunday River website before trip.
* Fixed lift ticket prices to be announced by mid-summer.
* Online discounted price available mid August. 
* 4 Day lift ticket cost: Adult (<65) $tbd, Senior (age 65+) $tbd, Super Senior (age 80+) $8 Total for 4 days
* IKON pass accepted

Transportation:
* Leave Farmington area (TBD) on Sunday, January 26 at 7:00 am. 
* Leave Sunday River on Friday, January 31 at 7:00 am.

Options:

* Trip insurance is NOT included. RSC urges participants to consider purchasing trip insurance. A good site is www.insuremytrip.com
* Single room occupancy additional charge of $454 added to Standard Room or Studio Room rate (Total = $1329).

Sign up & Payment: 

* Deposit NOW: non-refundable $500 with completed online registration (or if paying by check, a signed Trip Registration form with a deposit check $500, mailed to Bob Bacon - see address in Member Directory)
* Final balance $375** due November 1, 2025.
** Final price subject to change based on economic conditions.
* Rebate: A completed registration including deposit paid by 7/31/2024 will receive a $25 Sunday River Gift Card.
